Return time frame

Not yet in force. Nacha's rule page gives R90 an effective date of 17 March 2028, and states the return must be made available to the ODFI no later than the opening of business on the second Banking Day following the RDFI's sanctions compliance determination. Until then, an OFAC-instructed return continues to use R16.
